Review: My usual florist was unable to do an order for me due to a family emergency so had to fly to South America.
She recommended Coates of Chippenham so I visited on Wednesday 3rd July to place an order for a bouquet of flowers to be delivered on Friday 5th July.
I didn’t like the arrangement of flowers done by Sarah…..I loved it !
Sarah knocked it out of the park and I was very impressed by the service that I received.
I couldn’t get any discount for singing a couple of songs for her though.! 😅🙃😅

Review: Pros- Coates accommodate same day delivery if ordered before 11.
Cons- very disappointed to see pictures of the bouquet delivered. They looked nothing like the images on their Facebook & Instagram page. This was a small bouquet but for £35 I would expect a fuller bunch with a mixture of quality stems and foliage. Would not recommend.

Review: I’ve used Coates Florist before and was really disappointed with how little value for money I got on a recent purchase for £50. When I phoned I got told that Lillies were now really expensive – strange. I had 6 and 4 were already open. There are other suppliers out there in the area with much better value for money and customer service that I will use in future.

Review: Thankyou so much for the fabulous flowers you provided for my mums funeral. I requested warm shades of reds corals and pale peachy pink with textures and your choices looked like a beautiful sunset with the skimmia and eucalyptus berries adding extra interest. Exceptional quality, loved the Cherry brandy roses and perfumed scented stocks. Your choices of flowers were perfect and admired by everyone.

Review: The most beautiful wedding bouquet flowers! Thank you for creating my dream wedding bouquet’s – they were all absolutely stunning!! The bridal bouquet, bridesmaid bouquets and buttonholes were all perfect. Jane was excellent and the process was very smooth with discussions about how I wanted the bouquets to look, suggestions from Jane for what would work well and be available, and easy collection on our wedding morning. I would definitely recommend Coates Florist to all brides and grooms.
