Review: I ordered flowers for my friends’ birthday& was so disappointed with this place! First pic is of what I ordered&second pic is of what was delivered. They look absolutely nothing alike! I understand that sometimes they might need to substitute a flower, but this is basically a completely different bouquet! The flowers look like they could have been bought from a petrol station! I was embarrased when my friend showed me what was delivered. I complained&was told there was nothing they could do. Absolutely appalling flowers&service! I will never use this company again.
